Flushing is a riverside fishing village across the water from Falmouth, there are two pubs, riverside beaches within walking distance and a local shop, after a busy day pop into the Royal Standard for a drink or have a meal, it is a family friendly pub with a contemporary and relaxed vibe. You can choose to just leave the car and enjoy this area which is unspoilt and so relaxing. Why not walk to Mylor another quaint harbour village with its impressive yacht marina once a naval dockyard with a spectacular church St Mylors boasting a 17 foot high Celtic Cross.
