Welcome to our Breckenridge Peak Seven home that backs up to the National Forest and has two bedrooms plus a loft. The home is located just three miles from downtown Breckenridge and the ski resort. This is an ideal place for friends or family seeking a tranquil environment. The loft adds more space than a traditional 2 bedroom home and the location is great to take advantage of everything Breckenridge has to offer at any time of the year!
The Space:
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is spacious, comfortable, and has an amazing location to take advantage of everything Breckenridge has to offer at any time of the year! The kitchen, dining room, and living room share the main floor of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a meal at home with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a breakfast bar with two seats. The dining table is off of the kitchen and has seating for 6. The living room has comfortable furniture, a wood burning fireplace and a mounted flatscreen TV. There is access to a patio with a gas grill from the living room and kitchen. The main floor of the house has one bedroom, which has a full size bed and one bathroom with a walk-in shower. Also, there is a washer and dryer off of the kitchen.
The upper level of the house has the master bedroom and a loft. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and the loft has a full bed and twin bed. The bathroom on the upper floor has a shower/tub that is located next to the bedroom and loft. Lastly, the house will include two outdoor parking spaces in the driveway. Guests will not have access to park vehicles inside of the garage.
Please note that like most homes in Breckenridge, we do not have A/C.

The Neighborhood:
This location offers fast access to all sorts of outdoor adventures! You'll be right next to Peaks Trail, an eight-mile trek in the White River National Forest that runs from Breckenridge to Frisco, and offers stunning mountain views. In nearby Iowa Hill, you'll find a lightly-trafficked trail loop in a beautiful forest setting. Bikers should check out the Blue River Bikeway, a paved trail which traverses nine miles and is great for all skill levels and ages. Access to the Bikeway is just a short drive away.
When it's time to relax, check out Broken Compass Brewing, one of the best breweries in the country; it's less than two miles away and offers a free brewery shuttle (COVID may affect service)--service begins at 11am every day! Also nearby is Breckenridge Distillery, a stylish and award-winning new restaurant offering modern American cuisine with altitude. The home is a short drive from downtown Breckenridge, a hub of culture with festivals, dining, and shopping experiences, and even historical tours running throughout the summer months. There are walking paths in town to view the beautiful scenery and stumble upon some of the hidden gems that make the area so wonderful in the summer months.
