Well-appointed cottage with swimming pool, whirlpool and sauna located approx. 1200 m from the water at Grenå Strand. The house's pool section contains a large swimming pool, water slide, swimming coach, large whirlpool and sauna with room for 5 people. The swimming pool is 20 m & # 178; and with slide for the kids. There is also a swimming coach, so all week you can improve your condition with daily swimming combined with pure relaxation in the whirlpool and sauna, which is located in the pool room. In the activity room, billiards, table football, electronic darts and table tennis can be played. There are several TVs in different departments, including PlayStation4 and blu-ray / DVD player. In the well-thought-out kitchen, there is, among other things, a large refrigerator, freezer, 2 stoves and 2 dishwashers, so the cooking and the subsequent cleaning go like a breeze. Dining / living room is tastefully decorated with stereo system with CD player, flat screen TV, DVD player, 2 pcs. high chairs, sofa section and wood burning stove, where you can enjoy the crackling fire from the wood burning stove. The house's 7 bedrooms have good box spring mattresses, and in addition there is a large and spacious loft with 4 mattresses. The house is extremely spacious and well-dimensioned and built around two separate sleeping areas. Each department has a bathroom and there is an additional bathroom associated with the pool department. A total of three bathrooms, all of which of course have underfloor heating. The house is also heated with electric heating and energy-saving heat pump. In the garden, the children can enjoy themselves with a swing and sandpit as well as a large trampoline (used at their own risk / insurance). On the large terrace you can enjoy the sun and have cozy barbecue evenings. Due to the size of the house, the price of cleaning on this Holiday home differs from the normal list price.
