Lounge, living room, dining room, wood-burning stove, kitchenette. 2 shower rooms. 2 WCs. Electric heating. Shared garage. Terrace. Enclosed grounds, shared ping-pong table, swing and slide. Utilities not included. 15 km from Contrexeville with shops and Lac de Folie.
Baby bath, changing table, chair, playpen. Large shared plot at rear - Stone garden table and bench - Ping-pong table shared by both gîtes (rackets and balls not provided).
Possibility of renting sheets, 6€ for single beds and 8€ for double beds. Cleaning package at €30.
