Welcome! This beautiful duplex has an upstairs and downstairs unit. Both units provide a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a full bathroom, in-unit laundry, free Wifi, and more! Combined, the units comfortably accommodate 17 guests! It is conveniently located with easy access to major highways and interstates- 10 minutes to downtown, Legion Field Stadium, and Birmingham CrossPlex. This is the perfect home away from home. The Space:
Unit A:
Guests will enter through the door labeled with an A using a digital keypad. Once you step inside, you will see a spacious living room with brilliant lighting. As you walk through on the left, its fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to prepare food for your family and friends. We also have a pantry for your storage.
This house features three bedrooms and one full bathroom. The first bedroom has one queen size bed. The second has one full bed. The third one has a full bed and a queen bed. We also have a washer and dryer available for guest use.
Don't forget to check out our back deck - perfect for gatherings! A BBQ grill is available for use outside.
Unit B:
Guests will enter through the door labeled with a B using the digital keypad. Step inside the open-concept living space; the cozy living room with a queen sofa bed and SmartTV flows seamlessly into our fully-equipped kitchen with a farm table. We provide essential kitchenware items so you can prepare meals during your stay.
Down the hall is the laundry room, full bathroom with a stand-up shower, and all three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a full bed. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The last bedroom has a twin bed, a separate sitting area, and a desk for work or studying.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 21 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
