3 Bedroom House in Spokane Valley
Come and stay at our conveniently located and newly renovated home in Spokane Valley. Only 1 minute to the freeway, it's easy access to almost anywhere! Located just a half mile from the Millwood area of Spokane Valley, where you can find lots of great local hidden gems such as bars, brews and coffee shops! We are also quite near several wineries and outdoor activities as well as more commercial shopping. Within 15 minutes of wedding venues, universities and downtown!
Guests have access to the entire house, a private patio and large back yard. There are 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, 2 separate living rooms and our master bedroom is equipped with a king size bed for maximum comfort. There is a sleeper sofa in the downstairs living space, with spare sheets and blankets in the ottoman. We also have a small office space for our business travelers. All bedrooms are equipped with blackout curtains and a small fan. There is room for one vehicle in the driveway and ample free street parking. This is one side of a duplex, but with complete privacy and separation. We also rent the other side. We are located in an urban area of Spokane Valley near the Millwood neighborhood. It gets an “A” rating for crime, amenities and livability via AreaVibes website (see listing photos). Our neighborhood is very established with older homes and both homeowners and renters in the immediate vicinity.
HOUSE RULES: Following our rules will help us maintain a level of cleanliness that all guests can enjoy, reduces wear and tear on our home/furniture and prevents the need for extra charges to guests due to damages.
We appreciate your cooperation!
-Please remove your shoes at the door.
-Please keep all food in the kitchen/dining areas.
-No permanent staining/damage to white linens, rugs or upholstery.
-Be respectful of the neighbors with your noise levels and observe quiet hours from 10pm-7am, especially while outside (no talking, car idling/beeping etc).
-Absolutely NO smoking indoors. Please dispose of your butts/ashes in trash.
-No extra guests, events or parties without prior consent from the host (may require extra fees for garbage, cleaning etc).
-Disclose whether you are bringing a pet and that you agree to the pet policy (below). Failure to do so may result in a $200 pet fee.
PETS!!! We currently allow **only house trained** pets to stay on the property, but limit 2 per stay. There are currently no pet fees and cleaning up after your pet is not included in the standard cleaning fee. These rules are not negotiable and any sign that they weren't followed will result in a $200 charge.
-Disclose you are bringing a pet at the time of booking.
-Keep pets off all beds, bedding, linens, furniture and other upholstery and blankets at all times. If your pet cannot stay off, we recommend bringing your own blankets and bedding to drape over ours so pet hair and soiling is not an issue for our cleaners.
-Wipe dirty paws when coming in from outside.
-Provide your own pet care items.
-The yard is not fully fenced and sometimes the guests next door also have pets so your pet must be supervised at all times and use a leash when necessary.
-Clean up your pet's waste in the yard.
-Excessive barking is not tolerated. Be respectful of the neighbors with your noise level.
