Summary: No internet the full 5 days of stay. Not a reasonable place to stay if you need to work. Blinds broken so unable to see the view that you pay to see. Miami is all about the beauty! Reached out to management several times. They didn't reply. Abnormally long waits for elevators. We had to plan an extra 30-40 minutes to just leave the building. Also once you got on the elevator it stopped at every floor even though it was packed like sardines.
