Positive: A remarkable apartment which exceeded expectations! Fab hospitality from the owner from the start who, due to my own fault, was very accommodating to needs outside of the booking conditions - a really welcome experience and hugely appreciated. Lots of info provided by the owner at the right times and really informative as to what was in offer nearby. The apartment itself was beautiful - immaculately presented, modern and tasteful with all the facilities anyone would need, including some welcome snacks, beer and wine in the house - a very generous gesture. Beautiful view across the water and right in the centre of town - a perfect location - which was an absolutely delightful place to stay with lots of activity and stunning bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Despite proximity to everything, noise levels were absolutely fine and nothing to disturb sleep - the beds were also a highlight - really comfy! Everything was clean and fresh and it all felt totally secure too. Worth mentioning the stairs to the top floor bedroom which are particularly steep, so may not be suited to someone who is less mobile, but the first floor of the apartment which houses the living space, bathroom and one bedroom, up a short flight of stairs and completely accessible to anyone who can cope with a short flight to access. Secure and very reasonably priced parking within a short walk also completely fine too. I don't always leave reviews, but thought this place was well worth rewarding as much as I can! Overall, a really great experience, amazing value and would definitely stay again if ever in the area.
