Located 10 miles from the Lac Simon recreational area. This paradise is on a secluded mile-long spring-fed private lake. This picture-perfect vacation home is only one of three independent properties on the lake and is deep in the Quebec countryside and yet within easy reach of Ottawa, Canada’s Capital (50 minutes) and Montreal (2 hours). This property is easily accessible by car.
The main house comes with all the amenities. It has large open great room with a ceiling- high stone fireplace, picture windows and a deck with a spectacular view down the lake; a fully equipped kitchen and pantry; a stone patio in the front, a spacious new dock, private beach area and fully equipped sauna.
Deer Lake offers the best of all worlds – quiet lake-centered recreation, lake trout and small-mouth bass fishing, a natural ecosystem with beavers and loons surrounded by lush forests and hills as well as the urban-centered European-like attractions of Canada’s Capital City. You can take a morning adventure to Ottawa, enjoy the museums, open air farmer's market, and boutiques and be back on the lake for late afternoon swimming and dock time.

Two premier and one country public golf courses are only minutes away as are local bistros, farmers’ markets and small town shops. There are hiking trails on the property and hiking and biking trails in nearby parks. You are minutes away from civilization, but when on the lake, you would never know it.
