Summary: We loved the location of this property! The condo was clean and enough space for 3 adults and 2 children. The owner was great with working with me when I had to change my checkout date. The only 2 negatives I would mention was having to pay 50 per car to park in the parking area/deck for a 3 day stay. I have stayed at dozens of places and have never had to pay THAT much. I will say that was mentioned in the listing but that is way too expensive compared to the overall cost of the rental (it was near 1/10 of what I paid for the rental). The biggest negative was that the indoor/outdoor pool was closed for maintenance and had been closed for weeks before I booked the condo. I would have hoped that that would have been mentioned when I booked it. The unpredictable weather and ocean closings are always a possibly but I was banking on my kids being able to swim in the indoor pool and they couldn’t. I would definitely stay here again but will ask directly about the pool next time or for a small amount of compensation if knowingly closed.
