Get-away, relax and connect with family and friends at this peaceful lake house next to Hobbs state park. Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Large picture window with lake view to relax and watch the wildlife. A wood stove, to vet you cozy on winter night. The cedar cedar game chest filled with fun games. TV, DVD player, with an assortment of movies. A large comfortable leather couch to snuggle up on.
The fully equipped kitchen has
Pots, pans, silverware, mixing bowels , baking dishes, cooking utensils, a coffee maker, (coffee provided.) insta pot, toaster oven, microwave, stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, spices, paper towels.
There are two full size dining areas one inside dining area and one outside on the large covered porch. The covered porch also has a sitting area. And a small table which is perfect for drinking your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while watching the birds.
The Touch key front door code will be your 10 digit phone number (includes area code) followed by the Howell key. To lock hold the door tightly closed while you hold down any number on the key pad until you hear the door lock.
I live less than one hour away and will be available by phone or text to answer any questions or you have an issue during your stay. I want you to have a 5 star stay.

· Prior to your arrival, contact me to communicate any expectations or special needs you may have
· Make sure I know what time you expect to arrive at the property so I am available for questions by phone..
· Please Report any issues with the property to me as soon as they arise.
· I have some wonderful neighbors please be be respectful of the neighborhood and any neighbors that you meet. DO NOT park in or block the driveway to the yellow house below on Thomas Lane. Please Park in the carport or on the gravel parking pad. Please respect any do not trespass signs in the neighborhood. quiet time in the neighborhood is 10pm until 8am.
• CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY. I care very much about my Vacation Rental and strives to keep it in excellent shape. If you notice any problems, hazardous conditions, housekeeping issues, or maintenance issues, please notify me immediately. If the Vacation Rental is not in the condition represented or expected please let me know. During your stay if something breaks please let me know so I can have it fixed or replaced. If you use the last of something ie a spice or tin foil etc please let me know so I can make sure the next guest has some.
• HOST ACCESS. You agree to allow me, and/or their agents reasonable access to the Vacation Rental during your stay if requested. Such access may be necessary to resolve maintenance related issues you report. In the event of an emergency, the Vacation Rental may be accessed without prior notice or permission. Please let me know if you break something no matter how small.
. EVENTS and PARTIES. That included people other that those on the reservation are not allowed. The house is on a septic system and will not support more than 8 guests.
• CLEANLINESS. Please treat the Vacation Rental with respect, keeping in mind that this is an individual’s home, not a hotel room. You are expected to leave the Vacation Rental in a clean, neat, and orderly condition and respect the check-out procedures.
• PETS. We all love our pets and hate leaving them behind. I get it. Responsible dog owners are welcome to bring one dog during their stay. There is a $100 pet fee. Pets that are not potty trained, or are incontinent, or are furniture chewer are not welcome. Thank you for cleaning up after your pet. The pet potty area is the grassy area next to the right of the carport and near the propane tank behind the gravel. parking area. Near the small pet pen. Please leash you dog do not let you dog run free. Do not leave your pet alone and unattended at the property. The covered porch has cable railing that can keep most dogs in. Please Do not put the bug nets down when your dog is on the covered porch, dog claws will damage the nets and make them useless. There are pet food bowels, leashes and extra dog towels for wiping wet paws in the laundry closet.
