Just a short walk from the best restaurants, parks, popular bars, local coffee shops, galleries, boutiques and much more. Several bourbon distilleries as well as an indoor rock climbing facility are walking distance as well!
This two story historic charmer is a 3 bedroom 1 bath home located in the most thriving neighborhood in Louisville! Walking distance to nearly everything you can imagine. Up stairs is a private and beautifully done master bedroom with a KING bed and larger walk-in closet. Down on the first floor is 2 additional bedrooms, a living space, 1 bathroom and large kitchen. Bedroom #2, has cozy queen bed while bedroom #3 features both a queen and a full bed. There is a full kitchen(pots, pans, etc) with an electric range, microwave, full refrigerator, coffee maker, larger handcrafted kitchen table great for gathering. A washer and dryer is also provided off the side of the kitchen. Just out back is a private fenced in yard with a fire pit and lounging chairs perfect for relaxing and winding down!

Summary: The property itself looks amazing in the pictures and we were very excited to stay. We tried to message the host before staying and they were unresponsive. We didn’t hear anything from the host until probably a few hours before check in. The floors in the kitchen are un level. The hand towel rack and the kitchen towel rack were barely hanging onto the wall and there was chipped paint all over the place. There was an ant problem and we let the host know and had no response. We had to go out and buy ant repellent because we were worried about them getting into the food we bought. The hosts were unresponsive to any messages. The place was different than the pictures - needs updated pictures. Also, the steps to the bedroom upstairs are extremely steep - just an FYI. There was also a full dryer of laundry that we were unsure wha to do with or if we were able to use the washer and dryer like advertised. There was also no ice maker, no dishwasher (as seen in pictures) and the back porch light wouldn’t work unless you had the bulb in just the right spot. Had the host been responsive and helpful - I would’ve brought it up with them.
