Ideal para quien busca tranquilidad y relajarse en un entorno natural con vista a la estepa Patagónica en un amplia casa tipo Loft de 140 mts ubicada en un terreno propio de 2000mts donde se aprecia la privacidad del lugar.
La casa está preparada para recibir hasta 4 (cuatro) personas con todas las comodidades y cuenta con un estacionamiento descubierto para 2 (dos) vehículo dentro en la propiedad con portón eléctrico.
Posee una distribución en dos plantas. Al ingresar nos encontramos con una cocina totalmente equipada con heladera c/freezer, horno eléctrico y anafe a gas, tostadora, pava eléctrica, vajilla y cubiertos, una amplia barra desayunador para hasta 4 persona y una mesa para 6 personas. La cocina se encuentra integrada a un amplio Living con vistas panorámicas con ventanales en todos los frentes de la casa. El living cuenta con dos sillones grandes, uno de los cuales se hace cama y tiene una cama corrediza inferior (catre cama), para hasta 2 pax.
Dicha planta cuenta con un baño completo con ante baño con doble bacha, bañadera y ducha.
Desde la planta baja se tiene acceso al jardín que cuenta con un Deck en piedra, una mesa de jardín y parrilla. Cuenta con 2 reposeras para uso en el exterior y sillas adicionales.
En la planta alta se ubica el dormitorio estilo Loft con salida a un balcón y una excelente vista a los atardeceres sobre el bosque. El dormitorio se encuentra equipado con una cama King (190x180), un SMART 49’’ conectable a aplicaciones, amplios placares y un baño en suite con ducha. La cama King puede ser separada en dos camas individuales.
La propiedad posee Internet WiFi de alta velocidad por Fibra Óptica.
La calefacción es muy buena, por losa radiante en la planta baja y por radiadores en el piso superior. Asimismo, el ambiente superior posee aire acondicionado.
