Beautifully designed and decorated brand new modern home with all the comforts for a short or longer stay. Guests have full access to 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms.
Master bedroom has a comfortable brand new king bed and an ensuite bathroom with walk in shower. On the other side of house there are another 2 bedrooms with a Queen and a Full bed. These two rooms share their own bathroom right at the end of the hall with a shower and bathtub. House is suited for 4 adults and 2 kids or 5 adults.
In the open plan kitchen and living room you will find ample space for cooking and lounging with beautiful views of the grand old oak trees and woods in the backyard. Low country living at its best! Enjoy a quiet morning sitting in the back porch overlooking the trees and listening to the sound of birds. Kitchen boasts an impressive 12ft butcherblock island, great for entertaining and a real eye catcher of the home. Kitchen is fully equipped for cooking. Main bedroom has its own mini split AC and other areas are controlled by their own AC. All the rooms in the house are also equippef with industrial size ceiling fans for your comfort and all windows and doors to the patio have screens fitted. We encourage keeping the doors closed as we get alot of bugs in the south.
Close by you will find restaurants, cafes and breweries to enjoy. Wild Olive is a local favorite serving Italian food and is within walking distance. Downtown Charleston is 20 minutes by car.
