If bin night occurs during your stay, please ensure the bins are placed on the curb as instructed in your pre-arrival email; failure to do so may incur tipping fees. Any additional cleaning or disposal charges will be communicated and deducted from your security bond.
Cancellations made less than 21 days before check-in will forfeit 100% of the booking value.
Long Stays (28 nights or more): Within 48 hours of booking creation: Full refund.
After 48 hours of booking creation: No refund of any fees paid.
