Full kitchen with granite countertops. Located just minutes from the newest golf courses in Hot Springs Village! Just 3 minutes drive from Lake Balboa where there’s a sandy beach to enjoy swimming, boating, fishing and kayaking. Bakery, café and restaurants nearby. Trail access from back yard. Fantastic location! Hot Springs Village is home to 11 recreational lakes, 9 championship golf courses, 13 tennis courts, 14 pickleball courts, 30 miles of walking trails!
