The Space:
Our townhome is fully stocked with bathroom essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash) kitchen essentials and laundry products!
Wild Rose Country offers 3 bedrooms upstairs. The spacious master bedroom has a queen sized bed, ensuite bathroom with a garden tub and shower. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed and there are two twin beds in the third guest bedroom. There are night stands, luggage racks and large closets to store all your things.
If you're working, schooling or entertaining, our ultra-fast fiber optic connected 1GB wifi will keep everyone connected without slowdowns or interruptions.
We are centrally located to so many things you'll want to see and experience during your vacation. We are just 35 minutes to the east entrance of Zion National Park and Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park. Bryce Canyon National Park is about 90 minutes to the north along scenic highways and about the same distance to the south to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. Whether you are here to visit southern Utah's world-famous national parks, monuments and state parks or volunteering at Best Friends Animal Society, our nation's no-kill largest animal sanctuary, Wild Rose Country is a perfect basecamp for all your adventures.
There are several hiking trails you can get to right from our townhome which will take you up to the cliffs overlooking Kanab and into the canyons. Parking is free and you will have 1 dedicated covered parking spot as several other, uncovered spots directly in front of our unit.

•The pool is seasonal, so please check with us for current dates of availability
•The weather needs to be 70 degrees or higher for three consecutive days before the pool can be open
•Please ensure all pool towels are returned to the home before checking out to avoid additional charges. *Pool towels: $20 each
•Hot tub is open year-round
Please make sure to put the pool key back in its original place once you are done using it. If you lose the pool key it is a $250 FEE to replace it.
Parking:
Vehicles must be parked in lined spaces and within those lines. Several complaints have been received that vehicles are occupying two or more stalls, parking is occurring in undesignated areas (areas that are not lined for parking stalls), etc. We ask that guests and residents park in the designated spaces properly to allow parking for everyone. Zip's Towing will be tagging vehicles that are parked inappropriately for possible towing if the parking violation is not corrected in a timely manner. Thank you for your cooperation!

Getting Around:
Here in southern Utah, a vehicle is definitely needed to visit all the local attractions and depending upon your plans, a 4WD may be required. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to ask.
Page, AZ airport is 1 hour away; St. George, UT airport is 1.5 hours away; Las Vegas airport is 3 hours away. Get around in town mostly via car.

Cancellations Terms: Please be advised there is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the cancellation date. This cancellation policy does not apply to HVMB guests.
