Positive: Very comfortable and spacious room. Quite and clean. Staff members are very friendly and helpful although some of them do not speak English very well. Breakfast was decent. There were some issues with the payment but the management was very proactive addressing and resolving the issue. Very happy with our stay and would like to come back.

Negative: The location is a little bit far from everything including metro, but Xian is a big city and Didi was pretty cheap.
