Summary: The house was clean and as presented in pictures. Everything worked as expected. Water pressure was good. Bonus that the washer/dryer was upstairs. The house is on a cul-de-sac so the lanai has no one immediately on the back side. Host was communicative and the check-in/check-out process was easy. Only negative is that it is a small community with limited parking, so several neighboring cars were parked in the middle of the street in the cul-de-sac making getting in and out of the property challenging. Note to the host - kitchen was stocked ok but needs a spatula and a corkscrew.
