Summary: Excellent check in experience with Jerry and he was able to provide a nice upgrade! Every person from the staff that we encountered was super friendly and helpful, especially Jesse. Complementary dinner and drinks were a nice surprise. Great location too. This was our first time staying at a Drury and we will definitely use the brand again.
