This beautiful beach getaway condo is located in the heart of South Clearwater Beach, Florida. The property has all the conveniences, including 24/7 Security Guard, restricted building access to owners and registered guests, game room, fitness room and sauna, and a waterfront pool. A short 2 minute walk puts you in the beautiful white sandy beach of South Clearwater. No car needed here, because you are close to everything! You can walk, or take a quick ride in the Jolley Trolley, to the many restaurants, convenience stores, shops, coffee houses, miniature golf, and ice cream parlors the area has to offer.
This newly purchased unit has been updated and completely re-painted & popcorn ceiling removed. All new wiring and outlets. The Condo comes with a nicely appointed granite & stainless steel kitchen with all the amenities of home. Beautiful tile flooring. Along with Luxury Vinyl Flooring in bedrooms.
