Summary: Everything was C- from staff attitude to quality of the linens. A room that could “sleep four” was provided only 1 caffeine and one decaf coffee packet in the 4 days we were there. The balcony with the view we paid an extra $25/night was covered with cobwebs so old they were black and the newer cobwebs were everywhere. We could not be comfortable on tat balcony. The elevator had only one row of tiny lights and this you could not read the control board with the doors closed.
