Summary: The location of this house was perfect, short walk to the beach, sound and dock. The size of the house was great, plenty of room for our entire family, but the layout with the kitchen/main living on top floor was a little inconvenient. The house was not very clean upon arrival, sandy floors, hair in showers, banister/stair railing dirty. Could really use a good deep cleaning. There were ants EVERYWHERE outside. The advertised poolside bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in months, we could not use this. Half of the bottom under the house was being closed in, and we were not aware of this. The AC on the first floor barely worked, maintenance had to bring window units to help keep cool. Overall, we still enjoyed our time here but there are a lot of things that could be fixed to make this house what it could be.
