Positive: I wish we had found and booked this place originally. We had one night in Naples before going to our factual destination, Sicily. Our original BnB was a disaster. We were able to book Brigida as a replacement. then our flight to Sicily cancelled, and the replacement flights also cancelled. we were able to extend with Brigida. We only had to change rooms. Both rooms were fantastic. it was easy getting into the building and suite area. the lobby with water and candy was nice to chill in. The location was excellent. We walked to everything we had on our list.
Negative: I really can't think of a single thing. There are many flights of steps to get to the top floor where the rooms are, but there is also an elevator. It is also very common in Italy and Europe.
Summary: Brigida saved our stay in Naples. I wouldn't stay anywhere else next time.
