Summary: We were in Split dor 3 days and this place was perfect. A block from the beach ans also a few blocks from old town. But it was very quiet as it was in a local community. Very well appointed and a grocery store and convenience store right there. We were also able to walk through the back parking lot right down to the ferry. The one thing is that it is definitely an apartment complex of residents so at times it felt a little weird to walk through the front area with the locals playing and sitting. But they were very nice. The manager met us at the door which was very nice and very quick to respond to an early check in.
